About the Apartment
A modern luxury private studio apartment, set on 5 Acres of beautiful tropical gardens - an oasis in the Territory. Located just off the Arnhem Highway, only 5 mins drive from the 'World Famous' Humpty Doo Hotel and the local Humpty Doo conveniences including Woolworths. This is a great place to base yourself in the Top End to explore, to relax or for work/business.
The Space
This private & spacious studio apartment is located in front of the main residence on the property, in a completely separate building. It has it's own private entry, fully undercover parking, a private patio area with bbq, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully security screened, fully equipped kitchenette, dining, lounge chairs, a comfortable new queen size bed, personal laundry, private access and seating in the large manicured gardens with a lake and access to the shared 15m resort pool.
Guest Access
Self Check-in is available on the gated property with secure undercover parking with direct access to your apartment. We also have available room to store your boat, trailer or caravan near the apartment.
Other things to note:
Our property is in a quiet rural area, we live here onsite in a separate home with our 2 friendly dogs, chickens and ducks.
Please note that there is a large pond/lake in the gardens, so this property is unsuitable for children 12 years or under.
